Food is great, and service is better. Really positive vibes in the little shop. It was full but everyone was very considerate and it was not loud at all.

Nice atmosphere and the Asian style SHABU SHABU! I like the portion, I ordered a large chicken and I was really full!! And for the best of the setting in this restaurant, they have so many wig sports on! You won't miss a bit of the game if you dine here!

nowadays, when hot pot restaurants come to mind, AYCE hot pot locations are most prevalent. this location does hot pot a little different -- all sets come with a predetermined platter of noodles & veggies (napa, enoki mushroom, spinach, broccoli, carrots, tofu, glass noodles, udon), and the price of what you order is determined by what course you order (beef, chicken, seafood, veggie). it's a good introduction to hot pot if you haven't had it before food: you can pick broth upgrades for a price. i picked spicy miso + tonkotsu, and i really liked it. i got the standard beef (9 pieces): it was a whole plate of thinly sliced beef. i have an allergy to peanuts, so i only received the ponzu sauce. the other has sesame and peanut sauce. the ponzu pairs excellently with the hot pot course. you also get a bowl of rice, which i was surprised by (growing up, i never really had rice with hot pot) ambiance: i really liked the decor. it felt a little bit like a bar with its dimmer lighting and neon lighting. was not expecting the seating to be entirely like a bar, so best for small parties. service was prompt and friendly!

Plenty of seating on a Saturday evening! Interesting set up where everyone is seated along a long table facing the inside, with everyone having individual pots. So probably not the best for a large team dinner. The menu options are packaged up nicely so all you have to choose are the meats / seafood and the broth type. I got the choice meat and scallop--the meat was very fresh and flavorful and the scallop was large but not the most flavorful. The tonkotsu broth was very flavorful! Note that the free broth (traditional kombu) is just water with a seaweed in it. Service was great, with help with cooking the noodles and making the sauce, etc. The service ended with a nice bowl of soup with udon - very well done!
